Below are some of the Required documentation for entry into secondary schools in Uganda.
- A copy of the birth certificate
- Two passport-size photographs of the applicant
- A Copy of the School Leaving Certificate from the previous school
- Copies of recent Progress Reports from the previous class, issued by the last school attended
- A Copy of previous public exam results
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- A copy of passport (page with photo and personal details)
- A recent school report and/or a leaving certificate
- Where external exams have been taken, the results certificate
- Completed application forms
- A nonrefundable application fee
- Proof of scholarship if any
- Medical Reports
- National identity document for students above 16
- School clearance letter from the previous school (if transferring)
- The transfer letter from the previous school (transferring students)
- Proof of Residence in Cameroon
- Recommendation letter from the previous school
- Banking details of account payor
