Alfam Student Dormitory is home to more than 1000 students and it has around 907 beds, 4 blocks, 502 rooms, 12 studio houses. Located within the EMU Campus, Alfam Dormitories is the nearest dormitory to the Departments. Our Dormitory is protected by CCTV in all its buildings and corridors as well as 24 hour attendance of Security members.

 Alfam Block C dormitory offers double rooms depending on the students’ choice. The accommodation type has access to the fitness center, restaurant, supermarket and cafe services and facilities offered by the dormitory. This accommodation type is conducive or best suited for 2 people, friends or couples and it's situated on the doorstep of Eastern Mediterranean University campus which means students have the option to take the bus, walk or ride a bike to EMU or Cyprus West University. The bus rides to the university are free if you use the Eastern Mediterranean University or Cyprus West University bus which passes by after every 15 to 20 minutes.Alfam Block B dormitory offers single rooms accommodate either male or female students.
