The Garden City University College is one of the private universities in Ghana. It is located at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region. It was established in 2001. as the College of Information Technology and Management Systems. The college was converted into the Garden City University College in 2004. Its vission is to empower students to acquire and demonstrate knowledge and skills in their various fields of academic study to become the next generation of Innovators who will be agents of social change and development of society. It includes the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum, which displays jewelry and ceremonial clothing belonging to the 20th-century Ashanti king.
